Daylight Savings Time: Set Your Clocks Back on Sunday (even though your smart phone probably does it for you!)

I don’t know about you, but it seems like there are just not enough hours in the day. I already feel like I don’t have enough time to get all my errands run, work accomplished, practice a little self-care, and what about sleep?! This weekend, however, we “gain an hour” due to Daylight Savings Time and I can’t tell you how happy that makes me feel.

Yet instead of sleeping in and remaining stuck in the same old same old, perhaps it’s an opportunity to start a new routine—to look at this hour as a gift. In this interim period where we are still programed to wake up at a certain time, maybe it’s time to try to create a healthy habit or spend time with God in study and prayer.
