We are glad you are here. We believe that God works through the members and friends of this family of faith in order to carry out the work of the church.

Tuesdays, January 25–March 1  7:00–8:30 p.m.
All adults are welcome to join us for a 6-week study of the Tabernacle—God’s Dwelling Place. A better understanding of the Tabernacle will broaden your knowledge of God’s plan of salvation and how He works to continue to be present with His people. You will come away with a deeper love for the amazing connection between the Old and New Testament, greater insight into the fulfillment of salvation through Christ and how this all matters to your walk of faith and worship of God.

This group will meet at church on Tuesday evenings, January 25–March 1 from 7:00–8:30 p.m. There is no cost to participate and all adults are welcome! Register here by January 21. Contact Lynda Paulson with questions.

Mission of the Month

King of Kings is blessed to engage in deep and meaningful Missions ministry. From companion congregations in Tanzania and Honduras, to a food shelf and community support organizations in Minnesota, we walk with more than 15 partners as we all strive to spread the Good News and share the Kingdom of God with all creation. This year, we will lift up one of our mission partners each month to explore their work & ministry, reflect on our partnership together, and learn how we can engage more fully in accompanying one another for the glory of God.

Sermon Series: Beautiful Living in a Broken World

Even though we have turned our calendars, it doesn’t mean that the pain, hardships or struggles that we have been facing automatically go away. While our hope is that the New Year will bring blessing upon blessing, the truth of the matter is that we will most likely find ourselves wading through some sort of challenge, hardship, tragedy or even loss. Our series, “Beautiful Living in a Broken World” is meant to not only encourage and strengthen us in those times when life is turned upside down and we find ourselves dealing with the realities of life, but invites us to reflect on how we can walk well with others while take care of our own spirits.

Church Council Positions

At the Congregation Annual meeting held in February, King of Kings elects congregation members to serve in leadership positions on our Church Council and Nominating Team. This year’s open positions include: 1 Executive Team Member (3 year term), 1 Member at Large (2 year term), and 3 members to serve on the Nominating Committee (1 year term).

These positions will be voted upon during our Congregational Annual Meeting which will be held in February. Position descriptions are posted online and there are copies available upon request. To submit a name for consideration, please e-mail Pastor Jon. Please be sure to keep our current Nominating Team members in prayer as we enter into this discernment process.

Man Up Men's Ministry

Man Up’s vision is to challenge men to be bold and intentional leaders in their home, work and community to create a Godly legacy. This is accomplished by encouraging men to connect with other men of King of Kings and the community through fellowship, discipleship and service.
The group meets on the second Saturday morning each month (September to May) from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Fellowship begins at 8:30 a.m. and Bible study follows from 9:00-10:30 a.m.
We are in the discussion of Faith Full: Fueling your Faith in a World on Empty by Andy Stanley. People whose faith leads them to trust God in spite of their circumstances are the deepest people you’ll ever meet. In this series, we will explore five catalyst God uses to build enduring, go-the-distance faith. If you have questions, email Man Up.
