Easter Memorial & Honorariums

If you would like to make a donation in honor or in memory of a loved one, please fill out the form below. These names will be displayed in picture frames in the display in the Gathering Space and listed in the Easter bulletin. After Easter, you will be invited to take your special piece of the display home with you.
